Chapter 1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the conditions for using the TG Alliance website. They take effect upon posting and may be amended within applicable legal limits, with notice given at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

Chapter 2. Use of Services

The Company provides AI solution information, business inquiry handling, and affiliate company guidance. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.

Chapter 3. Obligations and Rights

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Impersonation, infringement of intellectual property, and similar acts are prohibited. All copyrights related to the Site are vested in the Company.

Article 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Effective as of January 1, 2025.

TG Alliance processes personal information lawfully in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose

Business inquiry handling, AI solution guidance, affiliate referrals, marketing (with separate consent)

2. Items Collected

Required: Name, email, inquiry content / Optional: Company, inquiry type / Auto-collected: IP, cookies, visit logs

3. Retention

Inquiry records: 3 years / E-commerce: 5 years / Usage logs: 1 year

4. Third-party Sharing

Not provided in principle; exceptions with consent or legal requirement.

5. Data Subject Rights

Access, correction, deletion, and processing suspension available.
