제 1조 목적
본 약관은 TG 얼라이언스(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 웹사이트를 이용함에 있어 이용조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제 2조 약관의 효력 및 변경
본 약관은 서비스 화면 게시로 효력을 발생하며, 관계법령 범위 내에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 적용일자 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)에 공지합니다.
회사는 AI 솔루션·컨설팅 정보 제공, 사업 제휴 문의 접수, 계열사 안내 등의 서비스를 제공합니다. 시스템 장애·점검 시 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 관계법령·본 약관을 준수하여야 하며, 타인의 정보 도용·지적재산권 침해 등의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 사이트의 저작권 및 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
제 10조 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관할법원에 따릅니다.
부칙: 본 약관은 2025년 01월 01일부터 시행합니다.
These Terms govern the conditions for using the TG Alliance website. They take effect upon posting and may be amended within applicable legal limits, with notice given at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
The Company provides AI solution information, business inquiry handling, and affiliate company guidance. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.
Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Impersonation, infringement of intellectual property, and similar acts are prohibited. All copyrights related to the Site are vested in the Company.
Article 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Effective as of January 1, 2025.

문의 기록 3년 / 전자상거래 5년 / 서비스 이용 로그 1년
원칙적으로 미제공. 동의 또는 법률 규정 시 예외.
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 가능. 서면·전화·이메일로 행사.

Inquiry records: 3 years / E-commerce: 5 years / Usage logs: 1 year
Not provided in principle; exceptions with consent or legal requirement.
Access, correction, deletion, and processing suspension available.
